Bob Meyer is the founder of Executive Strategies, Inc. and has been working in the business coaching and consulting profession for over twenty years. The underlying belief of Executive Strategies is that within each person exists unlimited potential. The trick to unlocking this potential is to help each person understand their preferred or instinctive behaviors and their strengths and then help them design a both their work and personal environments so that they can spend as much time as possible within these behaviors and strengths.
Bob has over 25 years experience in various industries, from running his own firm, to working in family-owned enterprises, to working for two NASDAQ listed companies in their corporate headquarters. His work experience includes stints in credit management, managerial accounting, corporate treasury and human resources. As a consultant he has worked in the areas of strategic planning, organizational development and most recently in coaching. As a coach he has worked successfully with corporate executives, small business owners, executive management teams and other key employees in the areas of time management, goal setting, communication skills, leadership and team building. His varied experience provides him the background to understand the challenges facing the solopreneuer as well as the corporate executive.
Bob is currently a life member of Coachville and is pursuing certification in their Graduate School of Coaching. He has been certified by the National Association of Business Coaches (now World Association of Business Coaches) as a Business Coach (CBC).
